Training Activity Details:

5 Days. Dozens of stories. One unforgettable experience in Ioannina, Greece! From creative spark to community impact, here’s what went down during Cultart’s Performing Arts LTTA
Day 1: We kicked off strong! A full day of thought-provoking talks on cultural management, entrepreneurship, fundraising, and marketing. Inspiring minds like Stefanos Panakoulias, Spyros Papapetros, and Triantafillos Michailidis sparked deep reflections and bigger dreams.
Day 2: We mapped the cultural soul of Ioannina on foot and through feeling. From wandering through the art-soaked streets to intimate dialogues at 3 Portes Gallery & Art Lab, we met the city’s heartbeat.
Day 3: It was all about connection. We met DI.PE.TH.I’s team, dove into challenges in rural performance spaces and spoke to locals like journalists on assignment. The day ended with a powerful visit and theatrical exchange at DI.PE.TH.I itself.
Day 4: We formed teams, dug into the case study, brainstormed ideas, and crafted real, practical solutions for DI.PE.TH.I’s future. Innovation was buzzing in every corner.
Day 5: Showtime! Each group took the stage to present their vision: creative, grounded, and full of promise. A roundtable wrapped it all up with feedback, laughs, and a sense of shared purpose.
